In challenging times like these, with the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), The Victoria Falls Hotel Partnership would like to thank you for your continued business and support. The Hotel has been closely monitoring the outbreak and its impact on the business. In addition to this, the Government announced on Friday 27 March 2020 that there will be a Lockdown measures implemented to combat the Coronavirus (COVID 19) with effect from Sunday 29 March 2020 at midnight ending 19 April 2020.
The well-being of our staff and guests remains top priority, and in light of this we have taken the decision to close The Victoria Falls Hotel with effect from 30 March 2020.
We will continue to monitor the situation and once contained we will consider the reopening of The Hotel after the stipulated period of 21 days Lockdown subject to any reviews by the Government of Zimbabwe.
We would like to thank you for the trust and support you have in us and we look forward to welcoming you to "The Grand Dame" again soon.
